SAY LESS, I’M IN
SAY LESS, I’M IN

You wake up in the morning, head to work, and find that your coworker has crossed a boundary. You feel the anxiety and frustration come up at the idea of addressing it and where you would normally tell yourself “it’s not a big deal, don’t even bring it up”, you remember you’re apart of the Self Love Fix Collective, so you log in to the group, share your experience and find the members sending you their support, and encouragement and even sharing their own similar experiences!

You smile to yourself as you realize, wow “Not only am I not alone in this, with all the support and stories i’m hearing, I just know I’ll be able to set that boundary with my coworker tomorrow.”

You catch the replay of the teaching I did on overthinking and self-doubt in the group and now you’re really feeling like you can do this boundary thing.

Suddenly your evening seems better, more relaxed, and stress free and all you could think is “wow, I’m so glad I joined. I am worthy of support and it feels GOOD to be supported.”

Suddenly your evening seems better, more relaxed, and stress free and all you could think is “wow, I’m so glad I joined. I am worthy of support and it feels GOOD to be supported.”

I initially tried to do the whole narcissistic abuse & codependency recovery thing alone and found myself isolated, confused, and overwhelmed with questions I didn’t have the answers to.

The first time I decided that I was tired of feeling overwhelmed, depressed, and alone in this and that I needed support and guidance, I did what I had to do to gather the finances I needed and turned to therapy. That experience showed me how invaluable it was to have someone in my corner. It showed me that support was a non-negotiable in my life and it laid a new foundation for me: it taught me that it was not only safe but necessary for me to connect with others and share my truth.

Building a relationship with my therapist and learning that it was safe for me to share my truth, my feelings, and my struggles with others and that I could trust my discernment to know who I could really open up to. And it led me to join group coaching programs where I made friends, shared laughter and tears, and had a community of people I knew where only a facebook post or a message away on both my worst AND best days.

I learned I was worthy of support, that I wasn’t a burden, and that my feelings, thoughts, and needs mattered. I learned that I show up as the best version of myself when I feel supported, seen, and validated and that ALONE was reason enough to be in one- it shifted the way I saw myself and my worthiness entirely and I guarantee, it’ll do the same for you.

“I learned that I am really not alone in this self love journey just by interacting with other students. The community is so loving and has really been a support system for me.”

- Sheana, past student

“ The community aspect is great, and I met a couple people in the group I now call friends :) It helps when I felt supported while doing some tough internal work.”

- Vanessa, past student

“Thank you for this, before [this], I thought I was alone , and no one understood me, but hearing how others felt like the way I did made me feel less alone and that it’s okay to feel like that to, so thank you for creating a safe place where we could talk and really just be there for us and answering questions and concerns we had”

- Kadiatou, past student

“I absolutely loved the experience I’ve had with these amazing ladies. Definitely feel that I was called to join the group and I got so much out of it. More than I expected.”

- Jovi, past client
